AQUA FITNESS RETURNS TO ITHACA POOL ON OCTOBER 6, 2020!

Come join us for some Aqua Fitness at our beautiful outdoor pool amongst the trees… * NO CLASS ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS* No need to book.

Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water and Aqua HIIT are COST OF POOL ENTRY per class, as part of Brisbane City Council’s Active & Healthy Program (sign-in required at the kiosk)

Water Yoga is $14 per class or $120 for a 10-class Pass (Classes run for approx. 50-minutes).

Adult Squad is $17 per session or $150 for 10-Pass (60-minutes)

All classes are for adults of any age.

* Classes included in Brisbane’s Active & Healthy GOLD Program – priority given to senior participants

Aqua Aerobics – Low impact water session designed for all ages that will improve muscular tone, cardio-respiratory endurance, fitness and flexibility in a social environment.

Aqua HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training water session designed to improve fitness,  muscular tone, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility in a social environment (45-mins)

Deep Water Aqua – Deep water aqua aerobics class (with buoyancy belt) that will improve fitness, burn fat and tone the legs and buttocks.

Adult Squad – Swim sessions designed for swim fitness and catering to competent adult swimmers from leisure to competitive swimming – offering stroke correction in a friendly and social environment. Novice/ Seniors Session is a more leisurely pace.

Water Yoga – Let the water support you through traditional yoga poses and stretched plus exercises created for the unique aqua yoga experience. Low Intensity and therapeutic.

Babies ~ Pre-school Level Classes Tuesday & Friday Mornings from Nov 10!
