Policy Information

Students are allowed 2 make-ups per term – subject to availability. Notification of absence is essential to access make-ups and to retain your lesson spot. No make-ups available for 5-Day Holiday Programs.

Make-ups need to be completed within the current term. If unable to do make-ups within the term due to serious illness please provide a doctors certificate and the lessons will be credited to the next term.

Please note no refunds are available for swim lessons.
